Mohammed Al-Dafaay

With international work experience, Mohammed joined our team in November 2022. He graduated with a Bachelor in Architecture from the University of Technology in Baghdad, Iraq, and earned his M.S. in Civil Engineering at Western Michigan University. As an Architectural Associate at BB&W Architects, his focus is on shepherding projects through construction documents and expediting permit approvals.

In his free time, you can find Mohammed preparing his favorite delicacy in his refined kitchen or cheering on his favorite English Premier League soccer team.

Marisa Tittle

Marisa also recently joined our team in January 2023. She graduated with a Bachelor of Anthropology from the University of San Antonio. She is currently a grad student at the University of Houston where she is pursuing a Master of Architecture. She is eager to incorporate her anthropology studies in the design of our healthcare portfolio in order to enhance the patient experience.

A talented artist in freehand charcoal and pencil sketching, Marisa also enjoys photography and has a special interest in documenting the built environment.

Maribeth Fleniken

Maribeth has teamed up with our firm from early 2022 with administrative duties, and has now transitioned to a permanent role as Office Manager. With years of experience in administration at architectural firms, including a time as a VP of Operations with a Risk Management Firm, she is well equipped to ensure smooth sailing on the administrative front.

Outside the office she enjoys relaxing with a good book, gardening, or trying out new recipes.
