Working collaboratively with the entire team, BB&W Architects is proud to be part of bringing the vision of Dr. David Ellent and Genesis Medical Group into reality for their goal of expanding top-quality medical access to the communities of Tomball, The Woodlands, and Northwest Houston. The ground-breaking event held in March 2023 marks the start of construction for the new Creekside MOB I. This 3-story, 48,000 square foot MOB is slated for completion by Arch-Con Construction in late November 2023.

This state-of-the-art facility will house on the 1st Floor:

• Urgent Care Center

• Med Spa

• Pet CT Suite

The 2nd Floor will consist of:

• Multi-Specialty Clinic

• Lab Services

• Oncology Infusion

The 3^rd Floor:

• Ambulatory Surgery Center
