As we are growing and working on larger and more complex projects, we continue to give personalized attention to our long-time clients, big or small. We are excited to announce the completion of the expansion for the Pearland location of Bootin Savrick Pediatrics. We enjoy working on fun projects such as pediatrics clinics where we can see a space come together that reminds us of being a kid again.

This tenant improvement consists of approximately 2,136 square foot to expand their current clinic space. The expansion will accommodate a second workstation, the relocation of the existing lab space, the addition of (7) exam rooms, (1) Doctors Office, a small Doctor’s Lounge, a nurse station, storage spaces, and a small IT Closet.
