BB&W Architects is pleased to announce the groundbreaking for Manvel Emergency Center! Construction has begun on the first hospital in the City of Manvel with the full endorsement of the City of Manvel Mayor Dan Davis. This freestanding emergency center consists of approximately 7,700 SF of clinical, treatment and support spaces. The building construction will comprise of traditional steel structure and cold-formed metal framing. The building will contain the following spaces as required for an FEMC:

Ancillary Rooms (i.e. Electrical, Med Gas Room, IDF Rooms, etc.)

ER Waiting served by HVAC units with either 100% exhaust or HEPA filters

ED Treatment Rooms

Radiology Treatment Rooms (CT Room and X-Ray Room)

Nurse Station

Lab and Pharmacy

Administrative Support Offices
