
Situated within the prestigious master-planned Creekside Park development—often regarded as the heart of The Woodlands, TX—BB&W Architects recently completed a 3-story, 48,000 SF Medical Office Building in the spring of 2025.
The client sought a distinctive, statement-making building along this prominent thoroughfare, just one block from the Creekside central district. Collaborating closely with ownership, our team delivered a striking 3-story design positioned at the front of the 4.7-acre site, with a second phase planned for future expansion. The layout accommodates 213 parking spaces while preserving space for the second Medical Office Building to follow.
In partnership with Saber Street, CBK Interests, Prescriptive Capital, and Genesis Medical Group, this project brings premier first-generation build-outs to The Woodlands. Genesis has committed to 80% of the building, where they will introduce a comprehensive range of services—including multi-specialty care, urgent care, med spa, oncology, and surgical services—positioning the facility as a destination for high quality healthcare in the region.
