Managing Principal

Mr. Burca brings over 25 years of experience as an architect to his role as Managing Principal, including 6 years as a principal of his own firm before founding BB&W Architects, LLC.  Mr. Burca’s portfolio spans a wide variety of industries and project types, including medical, industrial, and non-profits.

In a rapidly changing digital landscape, Mr. Burca is leading the charge to implement the latest technological innovations that bring unprecedented services and benefits to our clients.

A relentless advocate for quality work, Mr. Burca is also a mentor to his colleagues and often provides technical expertise on the design of the base buildings. He seeks to give back to the community by volunteering on a number of local non-profit community boards.
